President Arif Alvi once again violating constitution, says Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PML-N leader Ishaq Dar has said that it is mandatory to call a session of the National Assembly within 21 days of the general elections as per constitution.

Talking to the media on Tuesday, he said that the President could have called the NA session, but he rejected the summary by raising an objection. "The President said that he could not call the session as the House was not complete. He is once again violating the constitution," he added.

He said that the election for speaker and deputy speaker should be held within five days. "It seems that the President is again going to violate the constitution. The session will definitely be held on February 29 and there is no confusion in this regard," he added.

The PML-N leader said that the government will take all along with it including the JUI-F. "The government in Balochistan will be formed on the pattern of the National Assembly. The can only be come out of crises if all parties find out a solution," he added.
