Nawaz Sharif will return soon and lead PML-N's election campaign: Khurram Dastgir

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Minister for Energy Khurram Dastgir Khan has said that Nawaz Sharif will return soon and lead the election campaign of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

Talking to the media on Monday, he said that the May 9 incidents were not a protest, but a conspiracy of rebellion. "The PTI chairman is the mastermind of the May 9 incidents."

"We are taking steps to provide cheap electricity to the consumers. A relief of Rs315 billion is being given to the people of Karachi. The consumers will soon get rid of the fuel price adjustment," he added.

Khurram Dastgir Khan said that a relief of Rs58 billion will be given to tube-wells in Balochistan. "The present government has inaugurated new projects of thousands of megawatts. About 3,000 megawatts of power has been added to the system," he added.

He said that the PTI government had not installed even a single project of one megawatt. "The government will fulfill the shortage of staff," he maintained.
