New feature film 'Taxali Gate' hit the box office

LAHORE (92 News) - Lollywood new Urdu feature film 'Taxali Gate' being screened across the circuit from the platform of Distribution Club is picking up the pace with every passing day.

The murder-mystery film, shot in the backdrop of the historical walled city of Lahore, has captivated the audience due to its unique plot and lively performance by the ensemble cast. The film did business of nearly more than Rs20 million in Pakistani cinemas, and the amazing thing is that the demand and popularity of the film are increasing day by day.

Directed by director Abu Aleeha, 'Taxali Gate' stars Ayesha Omar, Yasir Hussain, Nayyer Ejaz, Mehrabano, Iffat Umar, Babar Ali, Iftikhar Thakur, Umar Aslam and Shehryar Cheema in pivotal roles.

The film is a reflection of bitter social truths in which all the artistes have done justice to their characters and film has turned up such a quality product that the acceptance of film is being witnessed at the global level. Film circles are also excited for exclusive selection of 'Taxali Gate' in four major international film festivals for screenings.
