Only judiciary is saving democracy in Pakistan, says Imran Khan

LAHORE (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that only the judiciary is saving democracy in the country.

Addressing the workers through the video link on Saturday, he said that the nation will have to stand with the independent judiciary for the supremacy of the law and the constitution.

He said he was proud that his movement had been peaceful for the last 27 years. "We had ended the protest to avoid anarchy despite all fascism on May 25 last," he added.

PTI chairman Imran Khan also chaired a meeting of the party leaders. He was briefed about the protest following his arrest. They discussed the strategy for the release of the workers.
