Pakistan to get benefits from Chinese expertise in various sectors: PM
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday said that Pakistan will get benefits from the Chinese expertise in various sectors including agriculture and Industry.
He said when chairing a high level meeting regarding his upcoming visit to China in Islamabad today.
The meeting reviewed the preparations to promote cooperation between the two countries. Imran Khan said the visit is aimed to enhance cooperation in science and technology sector and other eight important sectors including mining and hi-speed railway.
The premier said the government wants to learn from Chinese experience of succesful poverty alleviation.
PM says govt accords top priority to CPEC
PM Khan said government accords top priority to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Project to help translate all weather Pak-China relations into mutually beneficial economic equation and open new vistas of opportunities for the entire region. He said while speaking at a meeting held with representatives of 15 leading Chinese companies working on various CPEC and other projects in Pakistan. The prime minister said all possible facilitation will be provided to Chinese companies in undertaking profitable business ventures and taking advantage of business friendly policies of the present government. Chinese Ambassador Yao Jing while conveying greetings from Chinese President and Premier, said that his country's leadership is looking forward to the visit of Prime Minister to China. He thanked the PM Khan on behalf of Chinese leadership and business community for his personal interest in facilitating Chinese businessmen and addressing their issues.PM orders to immediate launch website for tourism sector
Earlier today, Imran Khan has directed to launch a comprehensive website immediately identifying all new Tourist zones being set up and providing detailed information to the local as well as foreign tourists.
Chairing a meeting on development and promotion of Tourism in the country, he said with the development of tourist resorts and provision of required facilities, the tourism sector will receive tremendous boost.
