People should reject all rumours about elections scheduled for Feb 8: Solangi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Caretaker Federal Minister for Information Murtaza Solangi has urged the people to reject all rumours about the elections scheduled to be held on February 8.

Addressing a seminar on Thursday, he said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had issued the Code of Conduct regarding the elections, which should be implemented at all costs.

He said that all stakeholders are agreed that the country would run on the federal parliamentary system. "Steps can be taken to improve the democratic system, which is meant for the people. There are several issues in the digital media. Some forces want chaos and instability in the country," he added.
