Petrol prices being increased despite decrease in int’l market: PML-N

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former Punjab law minister and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah has said that the petroleum products prices are being increased despite a decrease in international market. Speaking to the journalists on Monday, the PML-N leader termed that the condition of Punjab has been become worse, adding that the administration in the province badly failed. “The government is unable to control the Ramzan markets. The affairs of Punjab are being run from Bani Gala with an unelected team,” he said. Slamming the provincial government, the former law minister said that the current government has anti-public and democracy agenda. He said the prices of petroleum products are being increased despite a decrease in international market. Expressing sorrow over the Sahiwal tragedy, Rana Sanaullah said the government is hiding the death toll and it is still unclear who is inquiring into the case. He said no one was held responsible and still no action has been taken on the matter. “The government was trying to press the tragic Sahiwal incident but we will not let them do so,” Rana Sanaullah said. He demanded to register a case against those responsible for negligence. He said the negligence of health department caused the incident. Earlier, Reacting to Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Infroamtion Firdous Ashiq Awam, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader said, “Your time has come to flee not Shehbaz Sharif.”

In a statement to party president’s defence, Sanaullah, the former Punjab law minister warned Firdous Ashiq Awan that her to forget about Shehbaz. “The time for you and everyone else in the PTI to start running is coming,” he said.

Rana Sanaullah said that as the time nears for Shehbaz to return to the country, their fear is building. He said gas and electricity prices are rising, the dollar is going up and inflation is increasing, but Awan is concerned about Shehbaz.
