PM chairs federal cabinet meeting, discusses 20 point agenda
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan presided over the meeting of the federal cabinet on Thursday.
The meeting discussed a 20-point agenda and continued till five hours.
Sources said that the summary of an MoU with the Saudi Fund For Development during the meeting.
The federal cabinet will also approve the appointment of heads of several institutions. It will also discuss overall political and economic situation of the country.
PM discusses visit of Saudi Crown Prince in meeting
Prime Minister Imran Khan chairs high level preparatory meeting on the visit of Crown Prince HRH Mohammad Bin Salman. Finance Minister, Information Minister, Petroleum Minister, Advisor Commerce, SAPM Yousuf Baig Mirza, SAPM Iftikhar Durrani, Foreign Secretary, Secretary Information, Secretary Interior, Secretary Finance, DG-ISPR, Chairman BOI and senior officers were present during the meeting.
Earlier, PM Imran Khan regretted that PPP leader Mian Raza Rabbani and PML (N) leader Mushahid Ullah Khan are illegally occupying the Ministers enclave during the federal cabinet meeting.
The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan to discuss 21-point agenda on Thursday. Briefing the journalists about the decisions taken by the cabinet, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary said that the prime minister gave directions to get vacated the government residences and hostels vacated from the occupants which are not entitled to it.
