PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif, Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain discuss political matters

LAHORE (92 News) - After a period of 15 years, PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif called on PML-Q chairman Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain at his residence on Wednesday.

PML-N president Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Rana Sanaullah, PML-Q's Chaudhary Saalik Hussain, Chaudhary Shafaay and Tariq Bashir Cheema were also present in the meeting. It is the first meeting between both leaders since Nawaz Sharif's arrival on October 21.

According to sources, the PML-Q demanded three each seats of the National and Punjab Assembly seats for an alliance between both parties. The PML-N agreed to give two National Assembly and three Punjab Assembly seats to the PML-Q.

Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif visited the residence of Punjab Assembly former speaker Sardar Tariq Mazari. He offered his condolences over the death of caretaker former prime minister Balkh Sher Mazari. Sardar Tariq Mazari, Sardar Dost Muhammad Mazari and Sardar Murad Bukhsh Mazari were also present.

On the other hand, PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif presided over the fourth meeting of the party's parliamentary board. During the meeting, interviews were conducted for party's suitable candidates from Balochistan.
