PM’s meeting with President Trump is success for Pakistan: Firdous
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Special Assistant on Information Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the meeting of Prime Minister Imran Khan with US President Donald Trump is a success for Pakistan.
In a tweet on Tuesday, the special assistant said the nation feels proud of its leader who represented Pakistan at international forum in a dignified manner.
“Pakistan is a great country. I have several friends from Pakistan.”
He said that Indian PM Narendra Modi had also asked him for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute.
US President Donald Trump said that the US is reducing its troops in Afghanistan. “America has fought a long war in Afghanistan. There is no military solution to any problem.”
He said that the US is ready for whatever happens over the Iran issue. “Pakistan never tells a lie, but Iran does so.”
US President Donald Trump said that it is very difficult to reach an agreement with Iran.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said that President Donald Trump had invited him to visit the US. “Pakistan will fulfill the promises made with the US.”
Firdous Ashiq Awan said Pakistan welcomes the US president’s offer to mediate Kashmir issue.
