PSX gains 800 points, closes at 64,718 points

KARACHI (92 News) - The 100-index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Thursday further gained 800 points and closed at 64,718 points, witnessing an increase of 1.25 percent.

On the other hand, the dollar rate devalued by 2 paisa in the interbank trading and was closed at Rs284.12. 

In the open market, the dollar rate remained stagnant at Rs283.90. 

Meanwhile, the per tola price of 24-karat gold witnessed an increase of Rs800 and was sold at Rs218,900 against its sale at Rs 218,100 the last trading day.
