PTI chairman Imran Khan asks workers to remain peaceful

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan has directed the workers to remain peaceful, saying no damage should be caused to the country.

In a message soon after his release on the orders of the Supreme Court on Thursday, he said that they do not want anarchy in the country. "We want only elections in the country. My lawyers informed me anarchy is being spread outside. People come to court to get justice," he added.

He said that how those seeking elections will cause anarchy. "I was beaten with clubs. This treatment is not even meted out to a criminal. I did not know what was happening in the country. I was arrested as if I was a terrorist. How am I responsible for the protests?" he questioned.
