PTI founder declared main accused in May 9 arson case

LAHORE (92 News) - Special Prosecutor Rana Shakeel on Friday declared the PTI founder as the main accused in the May 9 arson case.

Concluding the arguments in a case pertaining to putting the PML-N House on fire in a an anti-terrorism court, he said that the statements of the witnesses are available that the PTI founder

The prosecutor said that the PTI founder had asked the party leaders to torch the installations. "The PTI founder also post a tweet to instigate the people to attack the institutions," he contended.

The court has asked the PTI lawyers to present the arguments. The PTI founder faces seven cases of burning Jinnah House, Askari Tower and PML-N House.
