Pulwama attack: Pakistan lodges strong protest on Indian allegations
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan on Friday summoned India’s Deputy High Commissioner Gaurav Ahluwalia and lodged a strong protest over Indian allegations over Pulwama attack.
The Foreign Office summoned the Indian diplomat and handed him a protest note, stating that India leveled unfounded allegations against Pakistan without carrying out a probe into the Pulwama blast.
“Pakistan strongly rejects the Indian government’s allegations. Jaish-e-Muhammad is a proscribed outfit and has no links with Pakistan. The alleged attackers belonged to the area under Indian occupation,” it said.

Pakistan has categorically rejected the Indian allegation of its involvement in the
Pulwama attack in Occupied Kashmir.
Foreign Office Spokesman Dr Muhammad Faisal, in a statement, said that the Pulwama attack in the Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir is a matter of grave concern.
“We have always condemned heightened acts of violence in the Valley. We strongly reject any insinuation by elements in the Indian government and media circles that seek to link the attack to the State of Pakistan without investigations,” he said.
Indian reaction for rejecting allegations by Pakistan
The move comes despite Pakistan strongly rejecting allegations by sections of Indian government and media linking the suicide attack in occupied Kashmir – which killed at least 44 Indian security personnel – to Islamabad.
India calls its envoy from Pakistan for consultation
A day after a Pulwama attack, India called back the Indian envoy Indian High Commissioner in Islamabad Ajay Basaria for consultations. India took escalatory diplomatic action by calling back Indian high commissioner Ajay Bisaria “for consultations”.
In diplomatic parlance, an envoy being called for consultations to their capital is a temporary measure, but is still a signal of strong displeasure. However India is trying to malign Pakistan through fake propaganda.
Similarly, the Mod-led government is making conspiracy and using Pulwama attack as political stunt.

Pulwama Attack
A day earlier, over 45 Indian soldiers were killed in a bomb attack on a paramilitary convoy in occupied Kashmir.
The attack outside Srinagar, reportedly claimed by Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) group, saw explosives packed inside a van rip through buses in a convoy of 78 vehicles, carrying some 2,500 members of the Indian force.
Two buses, with 35 people each, bore the brunt of the massive blast, heard miles away, around 20 kilometres from Srinagar on the main highway to Jammu.
After the attack, hundreds of government forces cordoned around 15 villages in the district the bomber came from and started searching house-to-house.
