ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Foreign Secretary Cyrus Sajjad Qazi said that Pakistan's security agencies had successfully exposed the Indian terrorist activities on the country's soil.

Speaking at a media briefing on Thursday, he said that Indian terrorist groups, handlers and facilitators were involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan. "Indian agents Ashok Kumar Anand and Ugaish Kumar were directly involved in the murder of citizens Muhammad Riaz and Shahid Latif," he added.

The foreign secretary said that Pakistan had evidence about the involvement of the Indian agent in the murder of Shahid Latif.

"The Indian agent confessed to killing Shahid Latif. Another agent got killed Muhammad Riaz through a hired assassin. The Indian agents are involved in terrorism and other activities. Our security forces arrested the Indian agent who confessed to the killings. We also have details about the presence of Indian agents in Pakistan," he declared.

The foreign secretary said that security forces arrested the target killers and their facilitators when they were trying to flee from Pakistan. "Muhammad Riaz was murdered in Rawalakot on September 8, 2023 and Shahid Latif was killed by target killers in Daska on October 11, 2023. Both were peaceful citizens who had exposed the nefarious face of Indian barbarism in Occupied Kashmir," he added.

He said that India had continuously been busy in violating the Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and Article 2(4) of the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights(ICCPR). "The Indian intelligence agency RAW is playing the role of an international terrorist organization. It has been already exposed in the extrajudicial murder of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Najjar in Canada," he added.
