Shehbaz Sharif should take responsibility if he came to power by 'polishing boots': Imran Khan

UPPER DIR (92 News) - PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that Prime Minisrter Shehbaz Sharif should take responsibility if he came to power by polishing boots.

Addressing a public meeting on Saturday, he said that the imported prime minister is worried and says the past government had laid improvised explosive devices.

"The present government has increased the prices in slavery of America and the IMF. The PTI government did not accept the pressure of the IMF and reduced the petrol price instead of increasing it," he added.

The PTI chairman said that the PML-N and PPP government were toppled for corruption and the PTI government has been ousted in the name of inflation. "In fact the PML-N government had laid the improvised explosive devices before our government. But we stabilized the country," he maintained.

He said that the government should announce the elections, otherwise the nation is ready. "The Army cannot defend the country if its economy is weak. The defence will weaken if our economy is weakened," he added.

Imran Khan said that National Security Committee had accepted the foreign conspiracy and condemned it as well. "Why the defenders not stop the conspiracy after knowing about it?" he questioned.
