Sheikh Rasheed says PM Imran Khan won’t give NRO
LAHORE (92 News) – Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed has declared that Prime Minister Imran Khan will not give the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) to anyone.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore on Saturday, he said that PPP co-chairman Asif Zardari’s well-wishers were ready to give something. “The people of Nawaz Sharif should opt for the same course,” he said.
The minister said that they might get the last five overs after striking a deal.
He also predicted a rift in the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, saying the PML-N II is in the making in the centre. “Shehbaz Sharif belongs to my party,” he said.
Sheikh Rasheed said that Pak Army and the nation are ready to do anything for Kashmir. “We welcome India with smart bombs if it tried to move towards Azad Jammu and Kashmir or Lahore,” he claimed.
He said that Pakistan has the latest defence system. “We know what to do and when. Modi has committed a blunder on Kashmir. Modi’s agenda is to destroy Pakistan. It will not be easy for Modi to face 25 million Muslims,” he said.
Sheikh Rasheed said that Maulana Fazlur Rahman will be with him in the Kashmir long march. “It is a good omen that all parties are going to unite on Kashmir,” he said.
