Yasmin Rashid among 23 accused discharged in Jinnah House attack case

LAHORE (92 News) - An anti-terrorism court discharged 23 accused, including PTI leader Yasmin Rashid, in the Jinnah House attack case registered at Sarwar Road.
Meanwhile, the court remanded 79 accused, including 13 women, in the police custody for five days. The accused include Khadia Shah, Maryam Mazari, Aliya Hamza, Tayyaba Raja and Sanam Javed.
Earlier, the police told court that they had to recover a mobile phone from the accused.
The court ruled that the police had not nominated Yasmin Rashid in the case. It ordered to release Yasmin Rashid if she is not involved in another case.
